Plan your own inspection trip
Want to see properties in person? The best way to understand the real estate market in Spain is to visit the area yourself and experience it first-hand.
Before you travel, we’ll work with you to shortlist the projects that best match your wishes and budget. Based on your selection, we prepare a clear itinerary to visit the locations and homes you want to see. A viewing trip usually lasts 3 to 4 days, depending on how many properties you’d like to view.
We can take care of the practical side too: we can help with your planning, and we can pick you up from the airport if you wish. Your GoGoEstates advisor will accompany you during the visits, answer your questions, and guide you at your pace — with no obligation.

Day 1 – Arrive in Spain
Welcome to Spain! Once you arrive, we can meet you at the airport (optional) and start your trip with an easy, informative introduction to the region.
We’ll guide you through the areas that fit your criteria and show you what day-to-day life feels like — beaches, towns, amenities, and local lifestyle. This helps you quickly build a clear picture of the different regions.
Your itinerary is usually organised by area, so each day stays focused and efficient while still feeling relaxed.
In the evening, we’ll take you to your selected accommodation so you can unwind and enjoy your first night in Spain.

Day 2 – Visit the homes on your shortlist
Your GoGoEstates advisor will pick you up from your accommodation in the morning and we’ll continue your search. By day two, you’ll usually have an even clearer idea of what you do — and don’t — want.
During each visit, we make time to explore the surroundings as well. We’re happy to show you the best spots nearby — beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping, and other lifestyle highlights that matter to you.
In the evening, we’ll return you to your accommodation so you can reflect on the viewings and enjoy your evening — no pressure.

Day 3 – Second visit, legal guidance & return flight
If one or two homes stand out, we can arrange a second viewing so you can take a closer look and feel 100% confident.
If you would like additional reassurance, we can also introduce you to an experienced, independent lawyer so you can ask questions about the buying process, contracts, and costs. Communication can take place in your preferred language.
If you’ve already made your choice, we can also help arrange practical next steps such as furniture options, key handover planning, and after-sales support.
Later that day (or the following morning), your GoGoEstates advisor can take you to the airport. You’ll return home with a clear view of the regions, the properties, and the best next step for you — relaxed and well informed.

Ask us for available dates or suggest your own. Most clients stay for 3 to 4 days on-site, including at least 2 working days, so we can plan the visits properly and guide you efficiently. Want to stay shorter or longer? No problem — we’ll adapt the itinerary to your schedule and preferences.
